- Seton Keough is the only school in the Archdiocese of
Baltimore whose mission and belief statements are based upon the
Charisms of the school’s founding orders: The Daughters of Charity and
the School Sisters of Notre Dame.
- Seton Keough is the only school in the Archdiocese of
Baltimore to offer both the Engineering and Biomedical track of Project
Lead the Way.
- Seton Keough is the only school in the Archdiocese of
Baltimore to be chosen to study the moon with NASA scientists and
beginning in the fall of 2011 one of only 16 schools nationwide chosen
by the Lunar and Planetary Institute to participate in a year-long study
of moon craters.
- Seton Keough has the largest and most commended all-girls
band in the Archdiocese of Baltimore and two choirs, all of which
receive top awards each year in competition. One-third of the student body
participates in music.
- Seton Keough is the only school in the Archdiocese of
Baltimore to offer (beginning 2012-13) an Arts program that will allow
students to concentrate on music, art, drama, and dance.
- Seton Keough is a member of the IAAM League and fields 18 teams in 12 sports.
