Why Seton Keough?

There are no bells to signify the change of classes, yet the students know it is time to leave homeroom and begin the day. Quiet chatter and laughter fill the hallways. On this day there will be a special Marian Liturgy in honor of the Blessed Mother. After Mass, students will travel to first period. Some are leaving on a field trip to a research laboratory with their AP Biology class; others are studying applied music theory; several are studying Honors American Literature and readying themselves for an exam in their Principals of Management class. Students who need special accommodations are receiving attention to help them organize and enhance their study skills,
while those with a free period proceed to the media center to work on projects and conduct online research.

After school, the varsity lacrosse team travels to an away game. Members of the Vincentian
Youth Outreach Club visit St. Elizabeth’s Caritas House to visit with elderly residents. The Theater Department is holding rehearsals for its upcoming play, and members of the It’s Academic Club are drilled by its moderator on history and math problems.
