Request for Transcript
To request a transcript from Seton, Archbishop Keough, or Seton Keough High School please download a Request for Transcript Form. There is a $5 processing fee. You may mail the form with your check, made out to Seton Keough High School, to 1201 Caton Ave., Baltimore, Md. 21227. After receipt of the request, it takes two business days to process.
