From the Business Office

  • Attention Tuition Payers: In addition to tuition, you are also responsible for paying late fees. Tuition Management Systems (TMS) charges a  $30 late fee when the balance due, or portion thereof, is not received by the payment due date. Neglecting to send TMS the full amount due by every due date, results in the accumulation of the $30 fees. Please understand that TMS takes its fee(s) from your next payment and forwards only the remainder of your payment to SKHS. So, by choosing not to pay the late fees, you are causing a shortage of funds to SKHS and an unpaid balance on your daughter’s tuition account.
  • All outstanding 2007-08 tuition is PAST DUE and must be paid NOW. Make your payment for the past due amount payable to SKHS and send it into the Business Office. If you need to find out exactly how much you owe, call TMS at 1-800-722-4867 or SKHS Business Office at 410-646-4444 ext. 1211. Please send all 2008-09 tuition payments to TMS as scheduled. The first payment is due May 15th if you chose the monthly (12) payment plan, and June 15th for the 1st payment of the 2 payment plan accounts. Please notice that the last digit of your TMS account number changes with each new school year. Please update your records, especially if you pay TMS using an on-line/automatic bill pay system.
  • Parents/Guardians of Seniors: There are several Seniors whose 2007-08 tuition accounts are not paid-in-full.  It has been decided that these students will be permitted to participate in Graduation. However, they will not receive their diplomas, and their official transcripts will be withheld until ALL financial obligations to SKHS have been met. In order to avoid these actions, payments by personal check must have been received at least 10 business days before Graduation. At this time, payments must be made directly to SKHS by cash, credit card or cashier check. Hopefully, these matters will be resolved, and  every graduate will receive her diploma at Graduation.
