Upcoming Event
- Seton Keough Alumnae Association Kick-off on Fri., June 1: Over the next couple weeks, SKHS graduates should be on the lookout for an invitation arriving at your home for the Seton Keough Alumnae Association’s 1st annual “Girls’ Night Out” scheduled for June 1, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. in the school’s courtyard. This event will officially launch the Seton Keough Alumnae Association and will
bring together alumnae from
all Seton Keough classes —
from 1989 to 2007. The casual
tone of the event — with a
reunion feel — will provide the
perfect atmosphere for alumnae
to see the school again, reconnect
and reminisce with old friends,
and maybe even make new ones.
In addition, you will be able
to learn about association
membership, upcoming events,
and how you can get involved.
Raffles will round out the
fun, so bring some extra cash
to enter to win! Cost for the event is $10 per alumna. Can’t wait for the mailman to bring your invitation? Click here for more information and a registration form. Do you or someone you know have an item or service that could be donated for tstone@setonkeough.com or 410-646-4444 ext. 1216. Have questions? Contact Tracey with those as well. Hope to see you there!

Alumnae Association Membership
Are you a member of your alumnae association? If not, well now’s the time to
join! The Seton Alumnae Association
has been in existence for many,
many years while the Archbishop
Keough Alumnae Association began
in the fall of 2005. The Seton
Keough Alumnae Association is
just getting off the ground and
is looking for members to help
start its initiatives. The mission
of all three is to keep the spirit
of their individual schools alive
while supporting the needs and
objectives of the school today.
More information on each alumnae
association can be found on the Seton Keough Web site.

Seton
Dr. E. Anne Dentry Mattern S’40
I have six children—all successful, 11 grandchildren, and one great grandson (age one year). Retired about 17 years ago and lead a very active life. I did general surgery and had six months pathology. I attended my 60-year medical school reunion in May of 2007 during the University of Maryland Medical School Bicentennial.

After graduating 59 years ago from Seton, I still live by the things
I was taught at that wonderful school.

and should be in Barnes and Nobles shortly. It is a young adult novel
geared to a teen-aged girl.
Roberta Williams Wheeler S’55
My husband I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last June. We
were given a special blessing at Loyola College. It was my husband’s
50th class reunion. It was very special with all of his classmates
there

We just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 26, 2007.
We received a blessing at Mary Our Queen and had three anniversary
parties thrown for us.
Christine Franz Scheeler S’57
I am now retired from nursing. My time is spent between gardening
and dollhouses. I have completed building 20. They are displayed
in a village setting in my basement. Building and rehabbing old dollhouse
is a lot of fun and keeps your motor skills current and brain active
Patricia Shallcross King S’58
I have been gone from Seton/Seton Keough for 16 years. But is seems
like yesterday. I lost my husband three years ago after 45 years
of marriage. I keep busy with my seven grandchildren, reading, and

with my seven grandkids, two daughters, and one son-in-law.
Marlene Windmyer Little S’59

grandmother of Stephen and proud wife, for 38 years, to Lew. Thank
you Seton religious and lay teachers for the love and teaching you
shared with me
Charlotte Challoner Bernhardt S’63
I have been married for 41 years and have three daughters. Two attended
Archbishop Keough and one Seton Keough. So far I have only had grandsons,
four of them. So it looks like there might not be any further generations
attending this wonderful school unless a girl comes along. I work

Sr. Mary Catherine until 1966 when I got married.
