Orientation for freshmen will be on Wed., August 26 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. School begins with a full day on Tues., Sept. 1, they must be in uniform for the first day of school.

Schedules for Next Year
Schedules were mailed the week of July 13. To make changes to your schedule please contact Sr. M. Anne Therese Hall the registrar. Any changes must be done by July 30th.
Books
Seton Keough has contracted with Varsity Books for all school books sales. You may purchase them online at Varsity Books. The school also posts on a online book exchange on the Seton Keough web site. From the home page, under 'Quicklinks" click on the link to the Used Book Forum.
Fall Sports Tryouts
All althletes must have a physical to tryout for a fall sport. You must present your physical to the coach the day of tryouts. All health forms are available on the Health Information web page on the Seton Keough web site.
- Soccer: Mon. 8/17 to Wed. 8/19, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Cross Country: Mon. 8/17 to Wed. 8/19, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Field Hockey: Mon. 8/17 to Wed. 8/19, 9 a.m. to noon.
- Volleyball: Mon. 8/17 to Thurs. 8/20, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Seton Keough Summer Hours
- The Front Office will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 noon Monday through Thursday. The school and school offices will be closed on Fridays.
- The Business Office will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 noon Monday through Thursday.
- The Guidance Office will be open on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
Health Forms
Your daughter needs to get a physical before the beginning of school. Health forms were mailed with the registration forms. All health forms are also available on the Seton Keough Web site. On the home page, in the right column under 'Download Forms' you may download regular health forms including the immunization form, prescription medication form, consent for over the counter medication form, and physical form. Your daughter must provide the physical forms on the first day of tryouts if she wishes to try out for a fall sport. Please make a copy for the school nurse and the coach. School Uniforms
Uniforms may be purchased through Flynn & O'Hara. For questions about the uniform policy please review the school's online uniform policy. There will be a used uniform sale during orientation days. See below.
Uniform Exchange
During the August orientation days, previously worn uniforms will be on sale in Room 329. These are uniforms that our seniors donate back to the school when they leave in May. Prices range from 50 cents to $20 depending on what you are purchasing. Uniform pieces are also rented for a day when your daughter forgets her sweater on a cold winter school day. If their shape changes during the school year, she may exchange it for one that fits. I usually have the following on hand for sale:
- Skirt: Black Watch Plaid Kilt, Light green skirt
- Slacks: KHAKI only.
- Shirt: Short-sleeved polo shirt.
- Cardigan: Green and white stripe five-button cardigan sweater with Seton Keough embroidered.
- Sweater: Green v-neck sweater with the Seton Keough logo-MUST HAVE FOR FORMAL ASSEMBLIES
- Socks: Green or navy blue knee-high socks; Tights: Hunter green or navy blue

Summer Camps
Please visit the Summer Camp page on the Seton Keough Web site for a listing of all the summer camps. Seton Keough has summer sports camps for basketball, volleyball, and soccer. You may download a registration form or email the camp director with questions.
Wednesday Update
Each week the school sends out an e-newsletter to all parents and guardians. This email address will be added to the distribution list. If you would like to add email addresses or change them, please email Jane Ponton, the Director of Communications at jponton@setonkeough.com. The Wednesday Update will be sent out periodically during the summer months. It will begin weekly at the beginning of school.
