Shadow Visits

A great way to find out if Seton Keough is the right school for you is to visit!  Shadow days allow you to be a Seton Keough student for the day. You may choose your host student or you will be matched up with a current student who shares similar interests. During your shadow day you will attend classes, meet teachers and students, and learn about Seton Keough. Shadow dates are available Mondays through Thursdays. Seventh graders are invited to shadow in the spring. Appointments are required at least two days in advance. Please contact the Office of Admissions (410) 646-4444, ext. 3248 for more information.

High School Placement Test

In order to be considered for admission to any participating Catholic high school, 8th grade students must take the High School Placement Test (HSPT). A Make-up date is scheduled for Saturday, January 9, 2016.

All 8th grade students are encouraged to pre-register to take the High School Placement Test, however walk-in registration is an option. The exam will be offered at each Catholic high school on above dates for a $40 fee. If you pre-register, payment can be made online. Otherwise the fee must be paid in cash upon arrival on the testing date.

Students can take the test at any Catholic high school and have the option of sending their results to up to three different schools. Registration may be completed online via the Archdiocese of Baltimore's registration portal by downloading a registration form and mailing it to the testing site of your choice.

Visit the Archdiocese of Baltimore's HSPT FAQ page for questions:
» HSPT Frequently Asked Questions

If you walk in on testing day without pre-registering, the testing site will have to ensure that enough proctors are available to accommodate all walk-ins. Please note: students may not walk-in and request any testing accommodations. If this occurs, the student will be asked to test on another date.
